Do you charge extra for stairs or elevators?
No, never. Stairs and elevator moves are included in every flat quote at no extra charge. Most Houston movers add $75 to $150 per flight of stairs; we built our company around apartments, so stairs are simply part of the job.
Can you handle my building's COI and elevator reservation?
Yes. Most Houston apartment and high-rise buildings require a certificate of insurance before movers can enter. We file the COI with both buildings and reserve the freight elevator before move day, so there are no surprises at the loading dock.
How far in advance should I book my move?
A week ahead is comfortable, and end-of-month weekends fill up first since most Houston leases turn over then. That said, we keep crews available seven days a week and can often take moves on a few days' notice. Call and we'll tell you what's open.
