Quotes & booking

Quotes are flat rates based on the apartment size, addresses, and move date you provide. Your quoted price will not change on move day unless the scope of the move materially changes (for example, additional rooms or locations not disclosed at booking). Stairs and elevator access never affect your price.

SMS messaging terms

By opting in on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from MyAptMovers regarding your quote and move, including scheduling and crew arrival updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Coverage

Every move is performed by licensed, insured crews. Coverage is subject to standard exclusions (items packed by owner, prohibited items, and pre-existing damage). Claims must be reported within 30 days of your move date.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled move window. Cancellations inside 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 10% of the quoted rate.
