When you request a quote or book a move, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, move locations, move date, and apartment size. We use this information solely to prepare your quote, schedule and perform your move, and communicate with you about it.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we will send you SMS messages related to your quote and move, such as scheduling confirmations, crew arrival updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

How we share information

We share your information only as needed to perform your move (for example, with your building's management to file a certificate of insurance) or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain move records for as long as needed to provide service, honor coverage obligations, and meet legal requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
